The iPod Classic has long been my favorite member of the iPod family, due to its easy interface and classic feel. The storage here is unmatched - I am a DJ and have a humongous collection of digital music and video that could never in a million years be narrowed down to fit on a Nano or Touch. This has the same capacity as my external hard drive, and I get to carry it all in my pocket and know that all of my music is right there. I can DJ on the go without having to bring my entire laptop with me, which is a humongous convenience. I can share songs with my friends and family and search through my entire library on one iPod - there's no need to limit what should stay and what should go.

The battery life is amazing, topping at 36 hours, and the 2.5 inch display makes its screen about as wide as a Touch, allowing for watching whole TV shows while in line at the airport or traveling across town. You can purchase as many games as you want on the iTunes store and play them all with ease using the familiar clickwheel. You can even synchronize all the photos on your computer and have them at hand anywhere you go, at the touch of a button.

It's a beautiful thing, really. I'd buy 2, but there's no need! (unless you're a diehard fan of both the black and the silver, that is.)
