Great look...but look deeper!

Pros: Nice body, popular name
Cons: Lack of power for class, audio system

The 1990 Ford Mustang I inherited from my older sister has served me quite well over the years. Decent transportation with a few bumps and bruises along they way. Would I buy one for myself? No. Why? Various reasons really. I love the way the Mustang looks, especially the newer models. But the power behind them often leaves me embarassed at stoplights. I live in an area packed with snow and sleet in the winter, and the rear-wheel drive of the Mustang often leaves me fishtailing and trying my darndest to avoid ugly confrontations with other vehicles and drivers. Ford, in my opinion, is also far behind other competitors when it comes to the audio systems they install in their cars. The stock speakers used leave much to be desired. If your desire is to have a car to turn a few heads, and you live in an area of wonderful weather, the Mustang may work for you. If you want a sports car to turn heads as you blow by, that performs at a high level, and that will leave you happy with your decision to buy, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
