Toyota pickups have always been known for their reliability. That is why when I shopped for a pickup I chose a 1992 Toyota over the competition. It runs very smooth and I have had no troubles with it. The only maintenance I have done is change oil and filter as well and adjust the valves. The only thing I wish is that it was four wheel drive. That would definitely be nice and someday hopefully I'll get a Tacoma pickup with all the options. People who shouldn't buy this pickup are people who are not looking for a vehicle or prefer American vehicles over Japanese.
