I bought a Black Olds Cutlass Convertible on style and power alone. I loved the car, and everything about it. It has the 3.4 DOHC engine, and it really gets up and goes. There isnt much better that having the top laid back and the sun shining down on you while on a road trip. I have had many of those experiences. In 95 they did nothing with the body, but completely revamped the interior. 95 was also the last year for the convertible, and the only year with the new interior. If you are considering buying the cutlass convertible, I would definately recommend the 95. It has dual airbags and a rollbar. The 94s have driver side airbag, and anything older than that has nothing. It has been pretty reliable, but I will say if you have the 3.4 dohc, CHANGE THE TIMING BELT! The factory recommends every 60,000 miles, but Id say 40-45000 miles is more appropriate. When this belt breaks (and it will) you can expect to pay at least 1000 as much as 2000 in repairs. My car has 77,000 miles and I have replaced it 3 times, because I am paranoid. Other than that it has been an excellent car. Not a single other problem with it. The tan leather seats are very comfortable, and there is an abundance of legroom (even for me at 6'4"). I do not regret purchasing it for a second. Buy this car, love it, and I promise you it will love you back!
