Pros: Great quality,low price,reliability.
Cons: No Available V/8 like a Dodge Durango.
The Bottom Line: Shop around, Found mine "orphaned" on a Saturn car lot. Seems they don't know trucks as they don't sell them new.

Like the old juice commercial said " I coulda had a V/8".
But only if I jump ship to Dodge Daimler/Chrysler).
Just call me a GMC fanatic. I like what these guys produce.
But I wish for more power (cue the Tim Allen grunt sound).

But all things considered this suv is by no means lacking in power with a 4.3 Vortec v/6. Just don't pull any stoplight races with the neighbors Durango, it's sure to be embarassing.

I also have a 1996 Sonoma extended cab that is every bit as good as this vehicle and a little peppier due to less curb weight. They both due towing duty as well as fairly long road trips on a regular basis.
