I expected to read complaints about the m3, but instead I read good reviews. To me I've had over 300 cars, from 70's hotrods to 60 bmw's. For the money I can't find anything better, It's like owing a cheap Ferrari, no brag just fact. The m3 handles like it's on rails, it's almost very fast, the interior with the Vader seats is, damn beautiful. And not to mention it stops like a ac cobra, a friend of mine has a 63, not a fair comparison. I've had mine for near a mth, when I drive it I wonder why anyone would ever part with it...Mine's white/black, vaders, all original except nice mp3 player, good upgrade. Sure the door panels fail, the ignition switch brakes, but what do you expect for a 10yr old car. So get in start the engine, just look at that perfect gauge cluster, very good design, at nite, what could look better. Mine's a 5/sp, velvet smooth clutch, not at all like the old days of the 70's hotrods where the dash and sometimes the whole car would chatter, back to the m3, the shifter is as good as can be expected, it's not a race car, but kinda close, I wouldn't suggest banging gears like you could in the old hotrods, it's not a Trans Am in the early 70's that ment something, that was without a doubt the very best car for banging gears, it seemed to enjoy the abuse. So enjoy the far superior design of the m3 fast, beautiful, handles like a dream, stops spot on. I've never driven an GTP, or track car, but for the street, the m3 comes close, why would you buy anything else...wk..
