My parents bought this car this past summer (2001) used. The car is beautiful. It is truly an engineering marvel. There is nothing that Mercedes didn't take into account when building this car. It's got everything that you would ever want in a car.
The V8 engine is so powerful. One thing that I noticed is that the car doesn't kick forward from a stop when you press the gas. It's a gentle start even though the engine is so powerful. Another great thing about this car is how smooth the transmission is. When you accelerate, the gears switching are so smooth, you don't feel it at all.
Overall, this car is amazing. It's so comfortable, so powerful, and so stylish. Mercedes really did a great job building this car.
