Pros: nice look, decent size trunk
Cons: almost everything
Dear Sunfire GT,
Oh little Sunfire GT, youve foiled me again! How many times am I going to see that dreaded check engine light? Twice a year is a little much, dont you think?
Im good to you. I am. I always get your oil changed. I keep your tires at just the right pressures. I wash you when youre dirty. And I make sure youre nice and toasty in the winter before I take you for a drive.
I bought you five years ago for just over $8000, and since then Ive put over $8000 in you. I always knew cars were expensive, but youre a money-hungry fiend.
I think I might have to sell you to get something a little more reliable. After all, you break down every few months or so. Are your Sunfire friends as fickle as you? I believe they are. If thats the case, I think smart car buyers should be wary of Sunfires. Their price tags are cheap, but they nickel and dime you until you send them packing. And their gas guzzling ways are a real hassle at the pump. A $50 fill-up is better spent on a Honda or a Kia.
