I began test driving at the Lexus dealer but wasn't satisfied with what I was getting for the money. Too much fluff and not enough raw power and performance. The purr of the engine as I accelerate on Lake Shore Drive gives me so much pleasure that is embarrassing. Yes, the M3 has the creature comforts of a Lexus and the class of a Mercedes but this BMW has what I could not find in a Lexus or Mercedes at this price range, performance, power and handling that blows most other cars off the road. It corners like it is on rails and turns heads at every corner. I have never had so much fun simply driving and this is driving in the purest form.
