2001 4x4 club cab Dakota.Problems right out of the box!Brakes had to be replaced(everything!!),p/s pump moans,groans badly,alignment goes out often(3rd time in for that),runs uneven and has tried twice to drop way under the normal idling line.Have been told by another dealer that i do trust that these have had many BAD steering gearboxes and the rearends can blow out before alot of miles get on them! NOT a good truck as far as knowing how to put it together.Heck the dealer where i got it from in illinois couldn't even find the bad p/s pump noise!DUH.POOR quality from Dodge!Would have looked at the Toyota Tundra if there was a dealer nearby but i went stupid and got a Dodge.Never again a Dodge of ANY kind.Either a Chevy or an import.Good thing i'm getting rid of this truck.Jumpy on turns,bumps of any kind.Seats too stiff.Getting to the oil filter through that stupid hole cut-out is a joke.I got the problem child.
