Fantastic automobile. Loves the road in either mode, cruising or racing. A lot of legroom for size. Low torque no problem around town, car is still quick
if kept in high 3K/low 4K rpm range. Can get around like a Civic, no problem, with 25 mpg+. Radio sounds poor because left leg covers speakers, move leg over a bit. Use the Honda "Road Side Detail" spray can cleaner to keep plastic rear window and rest of car clean. 2nd & 6th syncros still
pose a challenge when cold for this year model. Also in cold weather that shifter is like ice, wear a glove. Top cover not easy to work with. Only one cup holder and it gets
in the way of shifting.
Small prices to pay for a low emission, high mpg "Cobra".
Have made many 800+ mile trips, still refreshed at end in spite of tight suspension - road noise not too bad
either. Clutch action is a bit odd, has a buzz now and then while shifting but improves with age. Rips like no other 4 when the VTEC 2nd cam comes on. Best, most fun 2nd car.
Not for winter driving, at minimum tires need to be changed out to high performance Blizzak LM-22s.
