Pros: Roomy, Stylish and Economical
Cons: Not a ton of options!
I purchased this great car after my 1991 Olds Cutlass died out on my (timing belt!!!)way to work. I had been eyeing the 2001 sunfire for some time and did my research to discover that it was well received by mechanics and technicians as well as car enthusiasts.
The previous comments about this cars lack of gusto are correct but I have found that it has more than enough power for the average driver--If you need to blow off the top layer of pavement maybe you should look at something else.
I am all about gas milage, reliability and sturdy construciton. This car has those despite a notable lack of options like sunroof, power locks, and remote start.
All in all this is a great car--I would recommend this great buy!
