I agree. Though ePINIONS is just that... your opinions. However, it should be based on facts and of your own personal encounter with the car.
I found nothing of the sort here but a copy and paste of the vehicle's spec.
Yes, it was very misleading and often times incorrect info (such as how he mentioned HP, torque, and the Miata). It is almost to say that plutonium was always safe, and you should go out and shove them up your nose. (Redneckism, as one person pointed out, may actually promote that...)
It seems to me that being "all-American" means you must modify Honda Civics, not drive stock (or even modifed) Camaros like the author here.
And, I also agree, that Communism has no relevence here... as I do believe it was used to attract attention, which does mean the author gets more hits which also means more cash.
In whist, he succeeds.

Sounds good to me. It's up to the readers to decide what is helpful or not.

you are entitled to your opinion, and i was glad to read it. i just thought that you should put something out there to know what the whole epinion-writing experience before you critiqued others. my opinion, ya know. And even if this didn't help you, i've had plenty of folks tell me how entertaining this was in the wake of all of the boring BS around here.

This was not a trashing on you personally, but on the "review" that you wrote.
I didn't enjoy it. It didn't help me. I don't think it will help others either.
If you are going to take the chance of posting your comments on a public forum like this, you will need to expect contrary views to your own opinions. As it is, your "review" probably belongs on another forum...perhaps one on creative writing or comedy. I just believe that this is the wrong forum for your comments.
Remember, this is the good 'ol US of A where free speech is a right...unless of course, "communism is upon us." I fail to see why I need to "write an article" before I can comment upon any reviews here...Unless of course, you have changed the policy here.
Regardless, it seems that I already have. :^)

Good 'ol boy review fails (Reply to this comment)

A perfect waste of time.
A review on a car writen by a person who:
1-Has never taken a ride in the car.
2-Tries to be funny but fails miserably.
3-Rates the car 5 stars after trashing
it.
and uhhhh, isn't very entertaining, reminds me of redneckism.

Entertaining, but not very helpful (Reply to this comment)
by mkaresh, in Cars & Motorsports
When advisors ask for specifics, we don't mean to paste the stats from some website. We (at least I) mean personal impressions about the car. Which it would seem you've never even sat in, much less driven.
This was fairly witty, so I would have SR'd it if I thought it contained any useful info. But it really doesn't. At least not about the Prius. The main goal seems to be to sound witty.
As for factual errors:
1. The Miata remains much the same car it has always been. No one who has ever driven one would mistake it for a Mustang.
2. The Prius gets another 40 horses from the electric motor.
3. If Americans cared so much about torque Honda wouldn't sell any Civics.
4. I'm missing the connection with Communism, which never had much to say about conservation and the environment.
Like I said, this piece was entertaining. I just don't see how it would help people thinking about buying a Prius.
