I love the looks of this car but reliability and customer service at local authorized service center is the worst I have experienced. The service center I went to just don't give at rat's about customer service. The drive quality of this car is nice and tight, thats the only good quality I liked about this car! Wind noise on highway with top up, is loud compared to other non-convertible cars. Dash rattles at highway speed and rear wheel noise very high. Trunk space is very small and short to carry any medium size items. This car will be my first and last Mercedes I'll own.
