I have always been skeptical of Hatchbacks. I mean what cool guy do you know riding down the street in one where the girls turn there head and go wow. But this changed everything for me. I saw the Golf IV and it was the most beautiful hatchback that I have ever seen. This Golf has 180 horse power which is alot for a small four cylinder car. It also has more torque then most of its japanese competitors. There is also the german quality that many of us have grown to expect. I have one with all the options. The leather seats are really comfortable. The inside is very nice and the front is roomy. The back is a little small for 4 adults but for short rides it is fine. The Golf is a good car, if you are planning to enter the world of aftermarket parts. There are tons on the market that would make a great car just a little bit greater. I high recommend this car to anyone who is looking at volkswagon or any of its compitor like honda, toyota, etc.
