I am glad i purchased my 2004 alero GLS coupe, it is so much better than you guys are giving it credit for. Where i live i have not seen another 2 dr GLS, i see tons of GLs and GL2s etc etc. try and find one they are impossible to get ahold of. it took me months to find one for sale. Everyone comments on how great my car is, how many Toyota camrys and accords do you see every single day, over and over and over. When ever i drive the alero everyone wants to know what it is, the design is amazing, i have not had any problems with my alero. I will never trade my alero in its a keeper, i know it is not a final 500 series but it is a 2004 Alero the last oldsmobile vehicle ever made. it will increase in value the longer i wait, if you find a 2004 GLS coupe snag it fast because no one is selling them. Do not fall into sales men telling you it is a GLS and it be a GL2. if they try to tell you the GLS had an optional 4 cylinder its not a GLS it is a GL the only engine available for the GLS is the V6, which is an option on the GL series.
