Pros: Small, portable, cheap.
Cons: You can't rely on it.
The Bottom Line: This fish finder does not work! Try taking a Pinpoint or Lowrance fish finder into a pool and finding a ball to look like a fish!

Hint, hint, don't buy this! Well you can, but I sure wouldn't make that mistake again.
The Bottom Line Tournament Leader 1200 is good because it is so small, portable, and it's quite cheap, but cheap is the problem.
Bottom Line has a line of great products, but one of their great products is not the 1200. A couple of years ago I bought one of those small bass boats, a nine foot one, and I was just getting started fishing so I didn't want to spend a lot of money to find that I would stop liking fishing, so I decided not to buy a fish finder for it. Then earlier this year I joined one of those get rich quick "scams" and made a lot of money so I decided to buy a fish finder, boy do I wish I would of found out about Epinions by then! I bought the 1200, then went out fishing. I didn't catch anything! I thought to myself why is this? I caught fish without a fish finder, now I have one and I'm not catching anything! I soon decided that I was relying on the fish finder too much and the fish finder did not work. I decided I would test this notion by taking it in my pool and seeing if it thought something like a ball at the bottom of the pool looked like a fish on the screen, it did! Now I have a Ranger with a Pinpoint and it works fine and I am catching fish, so maybe if you decide to buy a fish finder you should buy something more expensive with more quality.
