Fidelity is a very helpful provider for 401(k) services. Their technology is very good. They can help you convert your system data to a format that they can use. This helps because a lot of the information you would want to send takes just a few minutes to complete the transaction.
Fidelity's personnel are great. They are all very helpful. Most of them seem to like their jobs which is very important. They told me that they will all man the phones when necessary and they seem to have fun doing so.
I had a chance to meet some of their upper management. They were very cool.
Fidelity is also very helpful in getting hardship withdrawals and plan distributions.
They are very good about sending out the statements on time or letting you know if there is a problem anywhere along the line.
