Pros:Excellent customer service. Excellent access to money all over the world. Decent website.
Cons:Strategic Advisers Funds
Poor Rate of return. Very!

I hired Fidelity to manage my IRA, Roth and investment portfolio. The cost is approx. $10k a year for their management. So far not so good.
Fidelity return rate is always worst than its competition as well as such markets as S&P. As several have stated Fidelity has their own funds (Strategic Advisers) that do worst than most funds available to unmanaged accounts. The account that doesnt have any Stratgic Advisers funds is doing much better.
