Cons: c=Customer service and phone support Stole $2000 from our checking account without authorization.
My wife had SHPS as her administrator for her health insurance. They are the most awful company I have ever had to deal with. Their customer service is below any reputable standard and they seem to never take responsibility for their own actions. Their computer system went into our checking account and stole $1000 without authorization. When we called them about it, instead of resolving the matter, they blamed us and said it must be something we did. They finally "resolved" the matter for it to only happen the next month! Their customer service is totally unhelpful and they say that their other departments (ie - accounts) do not take calls. So you basically are stuck waiting for a return phone call that never comes.
