A.D.P is supposed to be one of the most professional and best known payroll service in the U.S. This is only because of a wide effort on their part to be aggressive marketers. If you are a small business, shop around their are way better alternatives that start with the same letter, that will do more services that A.D.P. at around half the price. I am thoroughly fed up with A.D.P and have done several searches only to find A.D.P to be the most expensive and poorly run organization. Why do I think it's poorly run you ask? Because they can't even manage to call you back...they hate to fax you, they put you on hold forever, and once you sign on to their contract throughout the year they do less and les for you progressively. I have sent in papers that are obviously their responsibility to at least out of courtesy help me with and they have refused. Also they now will not even help me out with the end of the years. Something that every other decent company will add into the yearly price package. When it comes to A.D.P if you want anything done, you will have to pester them many times, to receive horrific service. If this is something that you enjoy dealing with, then A.D.P is the payroll service for you...
