The Bottom Line: The software packaged tied with Reportsmith has exceeded all of our expectations and needs. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is needing a stable and accurate system.

ADP Pc/Payroll for Windows tied with ReportSmith and SuperData Access has been an extremely powerful tool for all of our reporting and payroll processing needs.
ADP provided timely and fast 24 hour service for payroll delivery, while also providing a "preview" of our payroll via QuickView within one hour after we transmit our data.
Although there were some bumps in the road while converting to ADP, we found their implementation staff to be top quality and very knowledgable. Although our Account Executive was not comfortable with some additional features we had, we were given direct access to groups who specialized in those other features.
One complaint to raise about ADP is that each additional feature is an additional cost, however we have discovered that with ReportSmith we could cut a lot of our internal processes in half, if not completely eliminate them, therefore saving us man hours and money.
There have been a few payrolls where things have not occured as we would have expected, but mostly because of user errors, such as inputing hours vs. earnings, etc. However, ADP offered many solutions to these unique situations that prevented us from making the same mistake twice.
ADP requests our feedback twice a year and it is apparent that they take this very serious. Several product enhancements with newer version have fixes or additional features that we have requested.
ADP is definitely more expensive than most of their competitors, but after bad experiences with other payroll providers, we have discovered that you get what you pay for.
ADP training is free of charge for payroll and ReportSmith and once we overcame the learning curve for both applications, our payroll processes time were cut in half.
