ADP - Worst Payroll Company Ever!

The Bottom Line: If you have huge amounts of free time and enjoy not having issues resolved then ADP is for you. Otherwise, stay away

We chose ADP for payroll when moving away from a PEO (ADP TotalSouce) because their systems and reports were similar and I was already used to them. It was very clear from the start that it was a mistake, though ADP TotalSource and ADP are part of the same company, the service was worlds apart. I have had countless problems with their online input system and everytime I call with an issue they make it seem as if my company is the only one experiencing any problems! The service is lousy, even when escalating issues to a District Manager it still does not get resolved. In fact, the managers seem less helpful than the representatives sometimes! ADP was the worst mistake our company could make.
Everytime I call I have to talk to somoene else and I always get a different answer. When they continue to make the same mistake over and over, I have called and asked for a manager and been told that they cannot transfer to a manager, the manager has to call me back. Once the manager does NOT call me back, I call again and ask for a manager and the next person transfers me right to a manager.... am I crazy or is there something wrong with that? ADP should focus on their software (which is crap) and their customer service (which is also crap). They are such a big company they can get away with not caring and it's a shame for small businesses who are working so hard to stay above water in today's tough times. Most HR / Payroll people at small companies are responible for much mroe than payroll and trying to fix all of the mistakes that ADP continually makes can but a huge strain on the rest of the work that needs to get done.
