I am a small business, and I used Paychex. They get you in with a professional business person, and a decent customer rep, for a few months. Than they play lets switch your rep 15 times, and one is more incompetent and below a snails IQ than the next. The good reviews posted here are obvious fake, look how they read. The other bonus that they do is jack you up with all sorts of hidden fees, charge you double what any other service does, oh and than when you try to get out of this Scam Fraud Company they continue to charge you month after month. I had to finally report them to the Attorney General since they ke[t attempting to bill me for 6 months after I requested my account closed and the Sup. told me it was shut. WARNING do not go with the company.
