Aren't you happy you found out about Carlson Craft before you ordered from them, pc94306? They used to be really good, but not any more.
My cousin got her invitations from them about 3 years ago and was very happy with their invitations and service. However, when my sister bought her wedding invitations from them in March, they printed them wrong THREE TIMES before they got them right the fourth time! They misspelled her name the first time, then her groom's name wrong the second time and then put the wrong date the third time.
She ended up mailing them out 2 weeks late and they wouldn't even give her any of her money back! The Carlson Craft salesperson she talked to twice was really nice, but told her that everyone there was quitting, because things were getting so bad. The president of Carlson Craft who took over a couple of years ago has put her "close friends" in all the manager and supervisor positions.
I have nothing against the gay lifestyle, but when you can't get a promotion unless you are gay, it's just plain wrong! The sales rep said that all of the good managers and group leaders are leaving as fast as they can find jobs, because they have to spend half their time listening to complaints from customers about cheap paper stock, misprints and late orders.
She said all the men and straight women who work there know they won't ever get promoted while this woman is in charge. She also told my sister that she thinks Carlson Craft will be bankrupt by the end of the year because nobody wants to buy from them since they can't print anything right and they're starting to use really cheap paper.
I'm getting married in September and I'm ordering my invitations from Birchcraft Studios (their online outlet). I called them to ask about samples and they sent me 3 at no charge. They are really good quality and are beautiful! Plus, I get 20% off if I order online from Birchcraft Outlet. (I'm waiting to confirm my reception venue, then I'll order). The Birchcraft people are so nice. I had a lot of questions and they took the time to help me. It's good to find somebody who cares and has good service. If you haven't already ordered, try them.
