I am also frustrated by the number of mistakes Carlson Craft has made with my recent orders. I have lost business over it and have had many angry brides/customers over the mistakes and timing it takes to get what you need. When I send back the proof sheets, they never fix everything that was listed. If this is their job, they should be good at it. It's a detail-oriented job and I feel like they aren't paying enough attention to my notes, which are really not very complicated. I had to call 5 times yesterday to correct email and fax mistakes on proofs. (They kept faxing me things, even though I requested emails numerous times and wrote notes on the cover sheets in capital letters with my requests and pointed out how many times I already had requested this.) I won't get into every detail of my calls or what happened because you'll be reading this forever, but just know it was more than frustrating. Besides that, I also got an email yesterday from their customer service/advertising department saying how we haven't made any sales in the past few months and they wanted to discuss ideas with us on how to get more business! What?!!! I have 3 orders in with them right now! So that annoyed me that they didn't even have it in their records that we HAVE made sales and I was insulted by the email. I didn't respond to the email because I was already dealing with them all day as it was with other problems. I do like their products and they are a well known company with a good reputation, or so I thought. But I am sooo tired of all the mistakes and having to call them all the time to correct things. Even after you contact them, they still don't always fix things and I just have to keep spending all my time checking everything they do carefully to make sure it's right before I present it to the customers. I don't want the brides or other customers to think it's us and I feel like I'm covering up for Carlson Craft because I don't want to tell our customers about all the mistakes. I try to fix them before anyone else sees it or finds the mistakes themselves. But then in the meantime, people want to know where their proofs are and I have to make excuses for the company. I don't think it's fair.
