The thing that is really upsetting about this whole experience with DHL is the seemingly unconcerned responses I have gotten from them. The last comment I got after several minutes of wading through the phone tree was "It was just a shipping discrepancy and not really our fault". I asked what the discrepancy was and the response was, "the shipping information was entered into the computer incorrectly". I then said so it was your fault and I should be getting a refund for the overnight charge. I was put on hold for several minutes and I just gave up. I got a phone call yesterday and was asked if I got my shipment and I said yes I had to pick it up myself. Before I could go any further she just said thank you for using DHL and hung up. UPS isn’t perfect and I have had issues with them before but that is who I’m using from now on. Billy

That's incredible that an overnight package would take 19 days to arrive.
