DHL is incompetent! Refuse to let me ship due to their mistakes!

I am in the middle of a DHL nightmare. I have an account set up through a DHL reseller for better shipping rates. I am on automatic bill payment by ACH deduction from my bank account from the reseller. I have been shipping an average of about 2 to 3 DHL packages per day or so. All of a sudden, when I try to log into print a shipping label, I am informed that my account has been revoked and I am on a cash only basis! I called DHL, and they claim that there are invoices dating back to mid December of '05 that are unpaid. I said I am not the billing party, the reseller is, and I have paid anything owed to the reseller. The reseller says they paid DHL, and the reseller says that DHL has somehow double billed everything in their system. Anyway, I am caught in the middle, and am unable to ship. I tried to get an international DHL Express package off to a customer by billing their account number and giving it to a DHL driver at a drop box (since DHL refuses to pick up from me), and the next day DHL brought the package back with, "Return - Cash Only Basis" written on it. The package is recipient billing, and I pay my bills promptly! What the hell is the problem?!? Anyway, I spent 2 hours on the phone with the morons at DHL yesterday to no avail. They refuse to let me ship even though they agree that this problem isn't my fault and there was nothing I did wrong. They say that someone put me on a cash only basis and so there is nothing they can do. I would be happy to just not use DHL since they are such idiots, but unfortunately I have many overseas customers who use their service and want their shipments billed to DHL which I can not do any more. Oh, and DHL also sent a collection agency after me claiming that I had not paid any of the bills when they never sent me any of the bills in the first place, and they already billed the reseller who says they paid the bills. Even if the reseller didn't pay the bills, that is between DHL and their reseller, not me! I paid for the shipments already to the reseller. Bottom line, DHL sucks.
