Pros: UPS and FEDEX can do the job!
Cons: Bad bad bad drivers. Customer service, all bubbly and happy. Creepy!
The Bottom Line: Don't use them..poor management, poor hiring and monitoring their drivers. totally inappropriate

My husband's Beer of the Month Club delivery was supposed to be delivered by DHL (1 pkg every 3 months). I work in a business that has a confidential location and is very high security. DHL called me several times at home about having the package delivered while I was out of town. Then, they called my work number and harassed my co workers about where I was! THEN...when I finally asked them to deliver to my work address one time and one time only, the driver calls and gives me his PERSONAL cell number to call him back on to make arrangements to deliver this package. The next day, he comes BACK to my work address with another package that was addressed to someone else on my road and tries to argue that it was mine!!! I was livid. When he realized HIS mistake, he just turned around and left, embarrassed. The next delivery (3 months later) he calls my home (after I blasted them for coming to the business location twice)and threatens my 17 yr old daughter that he's delivering alcohol and there BETTER be someone over 21 there when he gets there. INSANE!!!! I've never dealt with a scarier bunch of drivers. All so far have been downright weird.
