Cons: Everything else imaginable. Poor customer service, lying reps, lazy couriers, missing package, wrong delivery

First of all, the tracking on the website is a joke. I don't know why they even bother.
Secondly, they messed up my orders twice. First, they handed my $2,400 laptop to my neighbor who basically stole it and didn't inform me it arrived at his house. When I called DHL, they said that I had signed for the package when the person who signed didn't even have the same last name!
I had to wait two more weeks for another laptop from Dell, precious time especially when I needed a computer for college. The second time, DHL failed to deliver my package in a timely manner even though I sat by my phone and tracked it diligently. I hit refresh every 30 minutes and it said the courier came 45 minutes ago. He left because he couldn't get into my apartment even though there is a PHONE to dial to get INTO THE APARTMENT. I sat by my phone waiting for that call to let him in and it never rang, therefore, he didn't even bother and just left with my package.
THEN, I called customer service and they told me that they'd call me within the hour on information on how to pick up my package. I waited 2 hours-- they didn't call. I called them AGAIN, they said they left me a message an hour ago. Finally, I got the address of where to pick up my package. I needed it the same day. They said pick it up from 6:00 to 7:30PM. I get there at 6:15 and find out ...
THE PLACE CLOSES AT 5:30.
Incredible. Thanks for nothing, DHL. Most worthless and pathetic excuse for a shipping company. Go UPS or FedEX. PUT DHL OUT OF BUSINESS, DO NOT USE THEM!
