| mrmazda's Full Review: DHL World Freight |
In owning a Postal store, it became imperative to look for less expensive and more efficient means of carrier for packages. Especially packages that were to be delivered overseas or that were oversized or overweight.
Upon comparing many "off-name" competitors, DHL rose to the top. They provide service worldwide, as does most postal services, but the difference is that their rates are less expensive and their delivery times are more efficient that competitors such as UPS and FedEx.
DHL delivers both within the US, Canada, and all locations around the world. They have a great customer service and sales rep staff that will personally come out and meet with you and set up your account and base your rates on volume. With each shipment made with DHL, we called our customer service rep to get a quote and with each quote, they came in between $15.00 and $50.00 less than FedEx, UPS or Airborne. In many cases, the savings were also seen within the US states as well.
DHL is a very affordable, very comperable company to do business with. They continue to expand their offices and their revenues in order to compete with the more monopolizing companies.
If you end up with some overseas packages, or those packages that UPS and FedEx charge extra for because they are oversized or overweight, contact DHL and get a quote. I bet you save money.
