My package is not here. They won't let me sign a waiver to leave it like FedEx express. They won't let my leasing office sign for it. They won't let anyone sign except me. They won't help me on the phone. They won't let me pick it up from the local office. They won't let me even TALK to the local office. They will suggest I miss a day of work and sit at home waiting for the truck to arrive at a random time. Anything they say they CAN do they won't do in under 48 hours except not deliver my package for a 3rd time and ship it back to the sender.

Gee Golly I wish I could have my birthday present, but FedEx Ground says no.

Oh, I love how they have a place on the note they leave on my door for me to sign and leave the package. Too bad the driver always takes a big fat black pen and scribbles it out for me.
