Pros: somewhat friendly employees

Cons: ALWAYS delayed

The Bottom Line: UPS Ground is horrible. I`m movin to FedEx.

I recently sent two UPS Ground packages and BOTH were delayed one day. The first was in early April and the second in very late April. I never recieved any notification that my packages where not on-time. I did find the customer service department fairly friendly and somewhat helpful.one good thing is, the packages where in good condition.I find it amazing that I payed them my money and I didn`t get what I deserve, two times in a row! My packages where coming from New York City to the Akron Area and it took in total, 4 days.UPS` service is unacceptable. I`m movin to FedEx.
