The Bottom Line: Great service, very prompt. What else can you ask for?

The following interview was conducted with a support specialist who has been working with UPS since our mamma's mamma's where changing diapers....read on, you'll be informed.
Q: When sipping next day air, or 2nd day air are my UPS's commitments in stone?
A: Yes, when shipping Next day or 2nd day we make it our duty to get those pkg to your reciever by our delivery commitment times. However sometimes since none of us are perfect, errors do occasionally occur, if this does happen, and you don't get you package when we say you will, you can get your shipping charges refunded.

Q: How long does UPS deliver daily?
A: We deliver Monday-Friday from 9am to 7pm. Some UPS store do deliver on saturdays, but not all of them.

Q: When does a UPS route come through the neighborhood?
A: Usually UPS driver will get their commercial, and priority packages out first. Usually residential deliveries take place later in the afternoon, but this is not always the case. Once the driver has the goods, it's solely up to him as to when he gets it out.

Q: Does UPS deliver on weekends?
A: AS I say ealier, some do deliver on saturday, but never on sundays. However that does have it's restrictions, some Locations charge for a saturday delivery, you'll need to ask about it in your area.

Q: What about sundays?
A: Nope, we don't do a thing on sundays. Say you ship a peice on Friday going Next Day...Bad move, if you actually wanted your man to get that the actual next day your out of luck. If you ship friday the weekends don't count, and he would get that monday.

Q: How is customer service?
A: at 1-800-pick-UPS, you can beat it. Our people are polite, and very helpful. We train each of them on proper custmer relations, and that what they are there to do for you, and nothing else. But be good to them, if you had to sit on the phone all day you might want to talk to someone that doesn't complain every now and then too!
