Never use UPS to Canada

I have very bad experience with using UPS to Canada.
I sent my household items (old shoes, pans, books, photos, sheets etc.) in the big box. I read carefully instructions and called operator to make clear how to print paper for border clearing. Then I sent the box, moved to Canada by myself and after three weeks found out that my box was back to my old address because I put price not for each items!
I don't know how to put price for old family photos!
OK. I put 50 cent and my friend resent it to me again. After two weeks I got call from broker, that I needed to fax them copy of my residential card, otherwise I have to pay tax. OK, I did it.
After week (I was in Toronto, not in far NORTH!) the UPS driver was near my door. Before he gave me my box he showed me bill for $85 which I have to pay for brokerage fees!
This wasn't mentioned before! OK I didn't have choice and paid this money. But this was not the final. Every to weeks since that I got the bill for the same amount. I called UPS, sent them fax with copy of my receipt that I already paid but after two weeks I had new letter with the same bill!!!! I did this three times!
