Five years ago, UPS delivered my package to the wrong address! Totally different one. Not only the driver made a mistake with the number but the whole address and area. Then they claimed that the resident of that address delivered the package to Canada Post which in turn claimed that this is not true. Of course the package was lost and UPS did not even try to take any responsibility and they compensated me with NOTHING.

Last week, I had to send a very important package from Ottawa to Mississauga. They guaranteed me Saturday delivery if I pay a premium which I agreed to. I gave them very clear instructions that the package should never be left by the front door and I contacted the receiver and made sure that they are stuck all day long in the house waiting for the shipment. Of course UPS delivered the package on Monday (when it was way too late), and the driver left it by the front door!!! when you say everything goes wrong, this is when you use UPS. You call their 1-800 number you even get more frustrated and shocked about how lousy and insufficient their logistic system is. They have no way of communication between the UPS stores or the drivers on the go... VERY VERY BAD. Will never use it again.
