Pros: Stable product from well known manufacturer

The Bottom Line: Reasonable price, stability and ABITs name make this product
desirable.

| mumi_mi15mu30's Full Review: Abit BD7 Motherboard |
At the first glance, this motherboard is almost the same as the BD7 RAID model, and it looks like that you do not get too much for your money.
But, well known ABITs manufacturing quality and interesting design solutions, as well as completely different packing from RAID version, separate this product from other look a like.
First, this motherboard comes with black IDE and FDD cables.
Game port is transfered from its standard place to stand alone cable, and on the board there is a two LEDs with seven
segments which is showing coded massages about present state
of the motherboard. It is very handy for detection of possible problems or failures.
As the last difference there is three USB slots instead usual two or four.
Contribution to less noisy environment is massive chipset cooler without fan.
Product is easy to setup and it works very stable.
Only two DDRAM slots force you to carefully plane memory modules purchase.
