Pros: External drive with a variety of I/O
Cons: Can't get it to work with Windows XP
The Bottom Line: Make sure it will work with your particular set up. I would avoid it if you are going to use Windows XP.

It is nearly impossible to get it working with Windows XP. There are some forums online where lots of people have been having similar problems getting it to work properly. I would recommend reading those before purchasing. I wish I had. Some people on say they can get it working, but many say it causes them problems. There doesn't seem to be a sure fire method of getting it to work with various computers and operating systems.
I tried for many frustrating hours to get it to work. I did everything that the instructions and website information told me to do many times with no luck. I looked online to find a way that would work. I must have uninstalled and installed drivers and applications for days trying different and detailed ways that others had tried, but nothing would work for me.
It kept freezing up the system at seemingly random moments with a high pitched noise.
I have a Dell 4300 with Pentium 4 running Windows XP.
The whole experience with the product was very bad, from the installation to the lack of instructions and definitely to the time that it took to NOT get it working. I am finally throwing in the towel and returning it to get something else.
