This is bad hardware

Pros: If You want to throw away your money...

Cons: Absolutely no support from Creative.

The Bottom Line: IF You want to have problem with installation and have absolutely no support from the compagny this is the product for you!

This product sucks!

I've bought this 2 month ago and nobody is able to connect the external rack.... The store has returned the box 3 times... and each times is the same story.. the damn rack and the remote control is not detected!

The sound card rocks, BUT no support anywhere... Creative Labs (The compagy who made this scrap) Is blaming everything ... but is unable to give any support...

and BTW, they lies on the specification, it's not true that you can record music 96hz... The audigy card is in fact almost has the live! series....

Creative used to be the world leader in the sound era ...
but now it's a whole new story.

i dont know what i will do with that card...
