Like everyone else I am inundated with junk mail and need some secure way to get rid of it so I bought this shredder on sale at a chain office supply store.

I brought it home, read the instructions, turned it on and started feeding it. It didn't last very long at all even though I fed it no more than three or four sheets at a time. It simply could not take it. It ground to a halt. I unplugged it and unwadded all the paper out of it. It still won't work.

I have used shredders of varying types for years at the office and I have never seen anything so puny in my life.

Even for home use, spend the extra money and get something that will work.
