Pros: Protects the screen from scratches and dirt. Easy application.
Cons: A bit pricey for a piece of plastic, but, oh well.
The Bottom Line: Whether you are a light or heavy stylus user, your best bet it to get these screen protectors. It doesn't take much to scratch the screen.

My Screen Protectors, FREE?
.....Yes, I finally got my screen protectors in the mail. And yea, they were free. I had won them on ebay. There was an error, because they left feedback saying that I had paid for the product, and S&H. Well, I received them in the mail a week later with my invoice saying that all charges were paid, so I saved twenty dollars. And I don't have a credit card, so it didn't come from that.
The Package:
.....In the Kit you will get twelve transparent screen protectors, a cleaning cloth, an applicator, and the instructions on how to apply them.
.....Before applying the film to the screen, use the cleaning cloth to clear all the dirt and fingerprints off the screen. This is important for two reasons. First, it will keep from pressing the trapped dirt - under the protector - from digging into the screen. And second, it would just be annoying to have to look at a speck of dirt every time you use your pda.
.....When applying the film, I prefer not to use the applicator. It really doesn't matter. Start from the top of the screen and work down, using your finger or the applicator to press it against the screen as you go down. This will ensure that there are no air bubbles. When it is completely on, use the cleaning cloth once more to get any fingerprints off.
The Greats, And The Not So Greats:
.....There are some advantages and disadvantages of using the screen protectors over not using them. More advantages, though.
.....One advantage is the anti-glare. Without a cover film, it made be hard to read the screen when light or sun is shining on it. The Premium Screen Protector for Tungsten T & m515 reduces glare a great deal. And the second , and quite obvious, advantage is the fact that it keeps the screen from being scratched. And last, the screen protectors.
.....On the other hand, there are a few flaws. For one, though not a huge problem, is when you press to hard in one spot it leaves a braille-like feeling in the plastic. I don't think it will damage the screen, but it gets annoying when your stylus goes over it all the time. Also, it may be hard to get used to the feeling of writing on a new texture.
.....When the time comes to remove a screen cover, thats where the greats end. It's not too much of a hassle removing them, but it is a challenge. First, you have to gently peel up one corner. Next, you have to pull the screen protector off. The problem is, the screen sort of comes with it. I thought the screen was going to fall off. But, the screen will be fine.
Lifespan:
.....I can't really suggest how often you should change the protectors. It really depends on how often you use your pda, how hard you write, and a couple other factors. That is your judgement.
