I have owned my HP for about 2 months. It has not only been worth every bit I spent on it (and it was very reasonable), it has also been a wonderful computer for my family to play games on and for myself to browse the internet and complete work assignments for my new home business. I have used their tech support and found HP to be courteous and helpful and able to answer all my questions, even the ones that have not been pertinent. This is my first HP computer and I am very impressed. We use the CD-RW constantly and found this to be one of the most useful attachments to the computer, I have children and they enjoy the ease of use and they think that the unit is also stylish.
