This is the first HP I've bought. I was looking for a desktop to replace an NEC Pentium 133 with small hard drive. I have two Compaqs (one at home and one at work). I bought another Compaq off the web with similar features and it crashed during the loading of Windows and never could get it going. It went back the next day. That's my last Compaq buying experience. This unit is a different story. I bought my 6640 refurbished from UBid. It was a breeze to set up. It came with loads of support documentation/disks, a decent software package and a 90 day warranty from HP. All in all, after seeing what HP has here, I know what I'll replace my other computers with down the road. I'm not a heavy gamer, but it runs the games that I do have without any problems.
