I originally ordered a Dell XPS T 700r and had 2 weeks of daily calls to tech support on this system. DEFECTIVE.. It was returned at my cost.I paid $95 to get it to me and another $45 to ship it back... Nice business practices they have.... I have friends with HP systems and decided to give HP a try.. I ordered a Pentium III 600, 30 gig HD. What a breeze to set up and it actually runs faster than the Dell 700. The options this system offer.. more for your money. I gained a better Cd Writer, a larger hard drive, a fast ethernet card, more money in my wallet and my sanity is back as I have not once had to make a call to tech support for bad anything. I have owned Dells in the past and they WERE the BEST, Mike Dell look out... HP is taking over .... They offer FREE SHIPPING!!! And Free shipping on returns..
