Wolvie3985's Full Review: Microsoft Intelli Optical (D58-00026) Mouse
I have hated mouse balls, with a fury I tell you! I use my comp a lot and hated having to clean the inside of my mouse out every week. Pulling out tweezers and pulling dust and grime out of my mouse always upset me. So when I heard about Optical mice and not having to clean them. I jumped on it.
Microsoft brings us the Microsoft Intellimouse Optical, there budget Optical mouse. It is the little brother to the Explorer, yet it is so much more.
Many people did not like the design of the Explorer due to it being right handed bais. Well, M$ decided to make a mouse both cost effective and comfortable. Is it that? Yep. You would think for $20 less than the Explorer it would suck? Nope. It is both more comfortable and cheaper. Amazing how they would do that.
I have found this mouse to be great for the $40 I paid for it, and it is available everywhere. Not having to pick out guck from my mouse every week should be worth $40. But, I digress.
For everyone who hates having a slow, guck gathering mouse, I recommend this to you. It is great for anything you could possibly throw at it. Graphics Design, Gaming, Web Surfing, or even playing Solitaire ;). Do yourself a favor and pop down $40, your hand will thank you.
