This mouse was a dream come true from the start. It took me about literally 10 seconds to start using this mouse. I unplugged my old PS/2 mouse, and plugged in this mouse using the USB connection. After Windows finished building the drivers for it, it was working perfectly. The biggest down fall of this mouse is that it took me a long time to decide if i wanted to buy it or not. After all, it's just a mouse... One of the best features is the way that the wheel moves. It's kinda hard to describe, but it moves easily, and very confortable. The light on it is also pretty neat. It looks good when using it in the dark, and makes a good conversation piece. The mouse can be used on practically any surface, and that makes it good if you are using it with a laptop (which i am not) The two side buttons are also an added bonus, especially using them for the Internet. They are customizable, so you can get them to do just about anything.
I decided on this mouse and not the intellimouse explorer, mainly because of the price difference. The Intellimouse Explorer was almost CAD$30 more, and only had an extra button, and was silver.
I would recommend this mouse to anyone especially if you're looking to replace your old ball mouse, which I was. For the price i paid for it, it's definatly worth it, and I don't think it will ever go out of style, and for the same fact, will ever not work, or need to be cleaned.
