Pros: A good, easy to use, Mac laptop.
Cons: Software can be hard to find, but that's a given with Macs.
The Bottom Line: It's a bit pricy, and the software can be a bit hard to find, but it's worth it if you need portable editing or internet use. Also good for games.

This little guy is quite expandle. I've since upgraded just about everything on it. However, it all is not without a high cost, as Macs are prone to being. If you don't mind paying the few extra bucks, it's definetly worth it. You get a system that's very easy to use, and comes standard with some basic software. A nice addition to this is that you can edit movies right away with iMovie, or listen to music off the internet with iTunes Radio Tuner. As for aesthetics, the curves and colored plastic is definetly more appealing to the eyes than the black and bulky laptops of others. A nice thing that can be done to these or any Apple computer is that they have the ability to use the Airport card, in which you use no wires to hook up to the internet. Now, this really does make a laptop truly mobile. You can now use it anywhere, and move it anywhere, at any time, and be able to use the internet. Provided you're within 200 feet of the Airport hub, but otherwise, it's a great thing. At first glance, it may appear that software is hard to come by for Apple computers, but in fact, I have close to 200 various games and whatnot, and I haven't gotten half of what I'd wanted for these, and was available. It does require some more work to find the software, but it does exist. Apple outlets direct contain only Apple products, which is quite handy, instead of looking through a sea of Windows software to find the one tiny isle of Apple software. Also, you can order directly from Apple or visit their website to find software, hardware, and utilities without the trouble of searching everywhere. It's a great computer for editing of just about any sort, like most Apple computers.
