The whole transaction was confusing. They did send a 128 MEG chip of some sort. After an hour and 20 minutes, I was very willing to accecpt the explanation that it was "66 MHz" and their offer to return it at their expense. I did not have any confidence it their support at that point.

I didn't quite get this one either. You purchased an upgrade, but then you go into a compeletly different subject. What does the upgrade have to do with it?
Also, how about telling us why you bought this product in the first place -- features, recommendations?

i find this review somewhat confusing. I'm assuming you know the difference between RAM chips and processor chips, yet I cannot tell what you are talking about. It sounds like they sent a 66mhz chip instead of a 128 RAM chip? Anyway, just wanted to let you know why I rated SR.
