This computer was a gift from my parents for a birthday, and it is the best gift I could have gotten. I can honestly say that I would be nowhere without it. The system is easy to use, and it came ready with features and programs that I use regularly (CD/DVD drive, Microsoft Office, etc.)

It processes quickly, and is Internet ready from when you first take it out of the box. It's a great machine to use for web publishing- I've made many a website using that computer, and they all came out looking great.

Overall, if you are considering buying the Compaq Presario 1685, don't consider anymore and buy it- it's definitely worth your money, for all of the use that you'll get out of it.
