These people are ridiculous, I sent in my laptop six times for a fan replacement, it was gone two weeks the first time, one week the second time, a month and a half the third time, and when I got it back the third time the fan was finally fixed but they had messed up my PCMCIA card, I got the run around for about three weeks, and when I tried to speak with a manager they just ignored me and said that I would have to talk to them. For the record, the corporate complaint # is 281-370-0670, and the boss is Walter Rose. If you don't call that # and ask for him you will not get what you need in terms of service, just a bunch of lies and contradictions.
